The 4* Knights Hill Hotel & Spa is situated in the heart of the beautiful Norfolk countryside, on the outskirts of Kings Lynn and has 79 comfortable en-suite bedrooms. The hotel has wireless internet access throughout all public areas and bedrooms. All hotel guests receive complimentary use of the on-site leisure facilities, comprising of indoor swimming pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room and fully equipped gymnasium.

There is no lift at the hotel but the hotel has a large number of ground floor rooms.
Rooms with walk-in showers are situated in the Courtyard rooms next to the main function barn.

Sample Itinerary

Day 1 – Travelling to Kings Lynn, a suitable stop will be made enroute once departure points are known.

Day 2 – Breakfast included.

This morning’s excursion is to (depart hotel 9- 9.15) for an included visit to the Burtey Fen Collection.

This is a privately owned music hall housing three pipe organs: a Compton cinema organ, a Wurlitzer cinema organ and a classical pipe organ. The venue also features a vast collection of original memorabilia in tribute to the stars of entertainment 1940-1965. A small 'fairground organ' made by the late Denis Matthews of the 'M Ranch' has been re-housed on the balcony. Here you will be given a private Christmas concert including tea, coffee and mince pies. (10.30 -12.30). Following the concert, we suggest visiting the nearby Springfields Outlet Shopping Centre where refreshments can be purchased. Here there are more than 50 big name outlet stores to browse, offering up to 75% off retail prices. Returning to the hotel, an early meal is included at 3pm, before the transfer to Thursford for the highlight, an evening performance of the Thursford Christmas Spectacular at 7pm.

In 1977 against the background of steam engines, mechanical organs and fairground rides a small Christmas show took place, with eight choral scholars from Kings College, Cambridge, singing a selection of John Rutter carols. It has now grown into the largest Christmas show in England and is the ultimate Christmas musical experience and one of the most exciting Christmas Spectacular shows ever. You will enjoy a blend of exciting Christmas entertainment with Christmas songs, carols, dazzling dancers, beautiful costumes, outstanding music and singing from the cast of over one hundred. Return to the hotel late evening.

Day 3 – Breakfast included.

Included pre-booked visit with entrance to the Ely Cathedral Christmas Gift & Food Fair 2024.

This event is now in its 11th year and is regarded as one of the most high-profile Christmas fairs in the East of England. The Cathedral and the Cathedral grounds provide a truly unique and atmospheric venue with quality stalls selling a wide range of gifts. You will be returned to your departure point later today.
